Have been successfully using my laser, (primarily with my matchbook pro) for 7 or 8 months with no issues suddenly today it gives me an error “can’t communicate because laser is busy” even though I have only just turned it on. get the same error message with my windows 10 PC except it asked me to press enter on the laser. this gives some functionality but erratic. tried everything I can think of with no success has anyone else come across this. and hopefully got a cure.
