Non riesco ad accedere a Impostazioni macchina

Ciao a tutti,

So, you can use the laser, just not access the firmware settings? What happens if you send $$ in the console window?

Hi, the settings come out

The laser mainboard is ok then and the connection is also fine. What exactly does not work?

Sorry for the delay. I can’t access the menu - machine settings. The program crashes and I have to finish the task. I tried uninstalling everything but nothing changes

Hi everyone,
I’ve been having this problem for about two weeks. I cannot access the machine settings whether the laser is on with its port connected or the laser is off. It’s not a lightburn update problem because it also happened to me with version 1.4.0.3. I have a sculpfun s30 pro max and the program works correctly, using its functions and doesn’t give me any problems. What could it depend on? @LightBurn

The machine settings can only be accessed when the laser is on and connected. What happens if you send $$ in the console window?

even when the laser is off the program freezes, if $$ is entered in the console I read the parameters from the console, I put them in the post above

Sorry, didn’t read through the complete story again. Then it’s just the LightBurn UI component that shows the firmware values in a nicer view. There is no need to use the machine settings window, you can do everything in the console window.
If the laser is off, the window should just be blank, but you should be able to close it. But I understood, you can’t close the machine settings window, once opened?

Unfortunately it doesn’t open, not even the window locks first

It’s a Software / LightBurn and Windows issue then. The laser is not the cause of the problem.

Yes exactly
