Hi, I need some help before I ruin more pieces! Simply put my laser is not engraving the text the right size. On the computer I have it at 7.35in and it comes out 7.25ish. How can I fix this. Please help
Machine is a Ruida 644 XG. Really all my engravings are coming out different than what I have on screen.
either you have your steps wrong and have to recalibrate or maybe you have the rotary enabled? You can calibrate in Edit>Machine settings
