I edit and get my file ready on my Samsung and save it on my OneDrive account. I then have my surface pro connected to my laser and I pull it up and the preview is not the same. Doubled the time for running and I just do not understand what is going on. It is literally a lightburn file.
Hi Krystal, the run time estimation in the preview is based on a the laser’s movement speed/acceleration - it may not be set up the same on both devices, and as such will give a different estimate.
If you go to ‘Edit > Device Settings’ you can verify this on each machine, you can also read them directly from the controller and save them to the laser’s profile for a more accurate estimate.
