I have always been able to open pdf files in lightburn. Now when I open same files, nothing happens. Tried multiple different files with the same outcome.
If you can post one of the offending PDF’s we can try it on our own system(s).
Does it lock up (do nothing by stopping) or does it return control to you after a few seconds as if it did something but it’s undetectable? Is there an error message?
When you open the pdf, do you have active tool layers?
To see if the contents of the PDF were placed outside the work area please type:
Ctrl-A
Ctrl-Shift A
Let me know what appears.

Let me know if there’s a third nothing that I overlooked.
