How long does it take to process the offline activation? I’ve been waiting about 1 week now since sending in the email with the requests my for licenses at work.
I replied immediately that I needed your license key to process them and you never sent it.

All fixed now. Somehow I never received their original reply asking for my CCD Key. Once I sent all the information I received a very rapid response to my requests.
