Offset Fill, lines outside to center?

I am getting these lines when all I did was create a circle and want to do a offset fill. Tried to adjust timing to see if it would help. Also tried a 2nd on pass with no change? Lightburn 2.2.04 EMP ST30R

Offset fill has limited uses. From the documentation

Offset Fill is intended for designs with a lot of empty space within graphics, to cut down on the amount of travel time necessary to fill large, hollow shapes.

You operation doesn’t seem to apply. I.E. no large spaces.

This is intended, I believe for slower gantry type machines with lots of area that isn’t filled, so it can skip over these areas.

There’s a very simple procedure that Laser Everything documented in their video.

Since I’m trying to do something with the application that it isn’t intended for, what would be the best way to have a offset circular pattern added properly?

Maybe you could use the Offset Shapes tool and use Line Mode

Remove .txt at the end.
Recording_192236.mp4.txt (2.5 MB)

Fast repeat the Offset with Ctrl +image and set Layer to Line mode.

Regarding the Offset distance you may have to disable Remove Overlapping Lines option or set a lower value.

This could be an artifact caused by a timing issue on your galvo. If that line starts/stops in the same radial location, then moves out/in, and runs another circle, it’s possible that timing settings that are incorrect are causing over/under burning on that spot.
