Offset Fill - Pen Tool Issue - line connecting shapes

I am using LB with a pen tool - laser power value set to control the servo motor UP/DOWN. The outlines and linear fills work as expected.

I really like the offset fill option, but at the end of each shape the pen does not return in the UP position, thus connecting separate shapes with a line.
I manages to fix this in the Line mode by setting the Advanced>Power%=0, and the linear fill does this automatically at the end of each line. However the Offset Fill does not have any options to address this.
Is there anything I am missing here?
This would be an amazing feature when using the Pen tool.

Perhaps you’re one of the very few people using LightBurn who should set GRBL parameter $32=0 to disable Laser Mode.

That’s a good point, but laser mode is already disabled.
I am using an OpenBuilds ACRO system, firmware is tweaked for pen use.
