When I make a circle, (100mm) and select offset (2mm, inside) and select offset fill with 0.100 line spacing, I get traversal lines occurring.
If I change the line spacing to 0.09 or 0.11, they go away.
Happens with GRBL or Gcode machine settings.
Snapmaker 2 A350, Windows 10 and 11.
This explanation solved the issue:
The problem is the precision of the math. Because you’ve specified a pair of shapes and an interval that should exactly fill them, even the tiniest imprecision in the math will produce gaps. If you set your offset distance to 2.02mm they should basically disappear, or, as you’ve seen, use an interval value that isn’t an exact multiple of the offset distance.
