Offset Problem - Setting Offset was Lost

Did anyone have issue with lightburn - you had set the offset on your design, then you send the design to your staff trough whatssap. Your staff told you, you do not do any offset..

You checked at your laptop - yess confirm the offset was setting… then you download the file that you had send to your staff… - yes the offset was setting…

But my staff said, threre is no offset when he open the file… he asked me, did I update my lightburn? he said yesterday have a new version… I said, before this I use the old version there is no issue right? besides the lightburn not ask me to update ( no notification )

he replies me " it happend because the files you had created for GBRL, but I’m open at RUIDA that is why the offset setting was lost… I said to him " but before this we dont have this issue, we had do so many project and design ussing offset setting , no issue.. We only had problem the design will flip sometimes when you opend the file that I was send to you, that’s all…

Then I asked him to download the file again from whatssap and open the file… Yes there is offset setting in the file, not lost… He told me, " it’s weird, the first I donwloaded there is no offset, but right now is there!! "

Actually what is happening? When I look at the first file, it seems like I just created the line for offset but forgot to apply mask for image…

Hi Oren,

It’s hard to know what’s happening without seeing the file. You said “when I look at the first file”, which makes it sound like there are now two versions of the file, so I’m guessing that an old version was sent to your collegue. Only thing I can think of is that perhaps you attached the file in WhatsApp, made a few final edits and then sent the file, but since the file was a snapshot of when it was first attached rather than when it was sent it would not include the final edits. Then when you resent the “same” file, it included those final edits.
