I recently upgraded to 2.1 to accommodate my ezcad 3 fiber laser.
I found that 2.1 wont load various files for the gantry lasers, ruida based.
Any thoughts?
I don’t have the new version, but I trade files from the Ruida to the fiber quite often.
Do you get any kind of error message or ?
Did you try clicking on the zoom to frame selection
icon… maybe it’s too large or small…?
the co2 laser files won’t open.
What does won’t open mean..?
Do you get an error of some kind? In other words how do you know it isn’t loaded?

I will check again tomorrow, but I think I got the file is not compatible,
Or corrupted. These are files that were being used right up until 2.1.
Lightburn design files load in later versions. Later version files Opened in an older Lightburn will trigger a warning message.
Are you trying to Open or Import the older files?
Are the files on the local drive, or remote like a cloud drive?
