Found that old post relating Union tool is changing size of shape : Size/position changes when using weld or union functions
That bug is still present in 2.0.02
To reproduce :
Make 2 circles and group them (black), add another circle (red). Width is 80mm
Select all, make an Union. Width is now 80.024 !
This might be a rounding issue; at least it’s way less than any laser can achieve in reality, so I’d say it can be neglected..
…I think so too. But when using Boolean Operations I only get a deviation of 5/100 mm and when I use the good scissors, the result fits 
But below the line, an automatic rounding would look better in my opinion.
