You can always download the newest trial version 1.4.01 and see if that fixes the problem, The trial is fully functional and is free to use for 30 days. If that does fix it the $30 license fee for one year of updates is a smoking deal. The software will continue to function well after the license period expires. I do recommend updating to the most recent version as there have been many improvements and added functionality.
