Hello, I have a just bought an omtech 100 watt with the same controller, for some reason it Says “Lan Off” I can set the Ip bur does not matter becouse the lan is off, I have it running to my network hard wired, I have checked the continuity on the cable and checked that the cable will run internet with my laptop. So I know it is not the cable I do not see in the settings to switch to on???
This seems to indicate that the cable is bad or intermittent.
From what I understand, this indicates a hardware connection only. I used usb, then Ethernet directly from a pc → Ruida and then a low cost wifi bridge from Amazon to the Lightburn PI bridge that I have used as long as it’s been available.
You seem to have good evidence that it’s not your cable but there is also a cable that runs from the case of your laser to the Ruida… You can unplug the internal cable and plug your Ethernet cable, that is known good into the controller itself.
Does it go to your lan via a switch or router, or directly connected to your computers Ethernet port?
