One day working, next day will not connect to Laser

This suggests the new router differs from the old router:

  • Old router subnetwork: 192.168.4.x
  • New router subnetwork: 192.168.5.x

The laser controller’s static IP address is in the old subnetwork, so it’s not reachable from the new subnetwork. When you force the PC’s IP address to the old subnetwork, it can connect to the laser, but the PC will not connect to the router (and, through it, the InterTubes).

Do this:

  • Revert the PC to automatic / DHCP address assignment, so the router can put it in the new subnetwork again
  • Change both laser controller IP addresses to the new subnetwork.

The lasers must have different IP addresses: the last number in their IP addresses must be different. You must also create a separate LightBurn Device for each laser, because a Device can have only a single IP address.
