One image cuts then next starts on top of other cut

I’m using lightburn with the TTS-50 pro and just starting out. When i try to cut more than one image at a time, more often than not, the second image will start cutting over the first image in any random spot. Lets say I’m doing 3 names. Albert, Bobby, Charles. I have them on light burn spaced out so albert is on bottom, Bobby is little higher, and charles is on top just like this.
Charles
Bobby
Albert
The problem is it will cut Albert just fine, then when it starts to cut Bobby most times it starts towards the middle top of albert, actually overlapping them. This ruins the albert that cut out right. I have been having to cut each item out of at a time, making them different layers, to hide all other things besides one image, but in turn, I’m using a lot more wood, as I’m not able to cut very close to the previous cut as its hard to line it up close. Is there something I’m not locking, setting up, anything that stops the laser from just randomly picking its start point for any image after the first? Ive found the first starts at the laser position. If i have the laser at x5 y5, and the image set in lightburn as x5 y5, essentially it will start the cut at x10 y10. But if the item is only 20mm difference for the second image, i would do like x5 y 45 to bring the image higher up on lightburn, but the second image might cut randomly at x18 y 27

This sounds like a mechanical issue. Do a full review of the mechanics checking that nothing is loose or not properly fastened. Pay particular attention to belt tension. The belts should have no slack and be taught, but not stretched.

If that doesn’t resolve it can you provide the following:

  1. Full screenshot of LightBurn showing the design. Please have the Cuts / Layers window open in the screenshot
  2. Photo of the resulting burn

I rechecked all bolts, nits, belts, pulleys etc. Never touched them after shipping. One or more of those needed adjusted apparently because it now will do many objects at a time. Thank you.
