When opening a LB file, why isn’t it possible for LB to recognize which laser was used to create it and open the file with it? Thank you Hans
I don’t think that information was really needed and probably isn’t in the project file.
What if I get one of your files, with a different laser?
This is the purpose of the device that you set up for each laser. This has the information in it to know origin, size and other items for a specific device.
If you have machines with different origins, and you set the device before you open the project, it will correct the artwork.
I have multiple grbl machines, only two are the same as far as using a specific device.
Make sense?
