I can’t open AI files in Lightburn, these are saved from Coreldraw 2020 as AI files and nothing opens.
Post the file. I’ll have a look in AI.

I believe this is fixed already for the next release, but if you’d like to send an example file to developer at lightburnsoftware dot com I can verify it.
I had the same problem, but found that if you un-tick the "Embed color profile: (ISO Coated…etc.) " in the Coreldraw export then the exported files will open in Lightburn
