We recently bought an ortur master 2. We were able to set it up – it powers up when you press the power button. It shows up on the list of connected devices when connected via USB. We are running pop_os! on linux. However, the Lightburn program itself says that the laser is disconnected. When we press “Start” the laser says there was a problem sending data to the laser. I have attached some screenshots. Please help
