Issues with Ortur Laser Master 3 – Need Assistance
Hello everyone,
I have recently been experiencing problems with my Ortur Laser Master 3 and need your support. The laser is behaving strangely:
- Initially, the laser either did not ignite properly or ignited too late.
- After briefly disconnecting and reconnecting the cables, it ignited again, but then another issue arose, and after a restart, the ignition problem returned.
- The positioning is no longer correct, and the laser does not return to the proper home position.
- I performed a firmware update, but this did not improve anything. Now it moves to the front right instead of the back right and does nothing as it should. All of this came out of nowhere; everything was fine the day before.
Has anyone had similar experiences or tips on how to resolve this issue? I would appreciate any help!
