Ortur Laser Master 3 Won't fire

Hi all, I have recieved a brand new Laser Master 3 and have assembled it.

All the movements are okay except there is no laser beam. The laser head fan comes on and there is an orange light on the top of the laser head but no beam… Is thts a hardware issue you think or is there something somewhere in the software i can try?
