ortur master does not home to correct position on startup, it runs to the opposite axis and keeps clicking on the rubber belt, it must be something to do with out of bounds settings poss in Gcodes.
Can someone let me know what the Gcode and any other settings should be for this machine.

Did you perform any type of Firmware update?
When machine goes into the wrong direction in powerup that might indicate the OLM firware was installed on OLM2

No I haven’t, it was my understanding that machines that where purchased this year should have the latest firmware!

On Power only, no USB, if you move the head of the laser to the center of machine and power it up, where does the laser head move to

I did as requested also, I downloaded the latest firmware 1.34 and installed it as per their instructions. Still homes to the opposite axis (rear right) on startup ???
Any further thoughts.

There seems to be two possibilities
You are installing the wrong firmware, or theres a problem in the wiring.
Let me know exactly which machin you have please 150x160 or 400x430 for confirmation
