Okay, thanks for the info, but I’m still wondering why error Alarm 9 occurred.
Because. as pointed out by others above, the limit switches are not being contacted during the machines homing sequence. You need to determine why. When you forced the head into the corner it showed them being contacted.
@thelmuth has the best clue here. It seems something is preventing the module from reaching the switches under power, like maybe the cables are too tight?
