Just got the Ortur LM2 and y-axis roller. I can burn on flats just fine, but it is not rolling the roller. All plugged in, I can fire laser to line up, etc. But it will not burn. Any suggestions?
Your post is titled “rotary Y axis not working”, but you just wrote “but it will not burn” - which part is the problem? Is the rotary not spinning, or the laser not burning, or both?
I don’t have experience with the roller on the Ortur. If it plugs into the Y axis, you’d need to use Tools > Rotary Setup to enable rotary mode and set it for the Y axis instead of A (the default).
