When I opened lightburn it notified me of an available update. Clicked OK and installed. My Otur Laser master 2 is unresponsive. Not sure how to make this come alive.
How does this manifest? Turn it on and nothing looks powered at all? Laser system comes on, but won’t move? Hardware appears fine, but cannot jog from within LightBurn? Please share greater details to help us “see” what you are observing, and we can go from there. 
Did you “Choose” your communication port in the ‘Laser’ window?
Well the software opened but the Laser would not move. Did all those things. However, I tend to believe this was because my laptop was on low power mode. I shut everything down and moved the battery charger to a different outlet and it started charging. Opened the software and the Otur responded.
