Last week it operated normally and out of nowhere this has started. We uninstalled, reinstalled and completely updated our MacBook and the issue persists. The main thing that is happening is the laser does not stop firing when it is supposed to. This can be either using the fire button or in burning an image. If the laser stands still it just burns a spot in the workpiece (almost always wood in our case). So basically, when burning a PNG or JPEG, even just words typed directly into LightBurn it is trying to burn the entire area, not just the image like it used to.
The laser we are using is the Otur Master2.
I’m having the same problem with my laser master, running GRBL on an HP laptop. It was running just fine, then suddenly the laser is burning non-stop. It also stays burning when returned to “home”.
