OTUR OLM3 shuts down for no reason

My OTUR LM3 gave a warning about boundaries but framed with plenty of border space. I overrode the border warning and the engraving began ok. about 2-5 % into the engraving it stopped. The message given was that the image was unlocked, but it was locked. It has done this to me once before, On that occasion I updated my LightBurn software and the problem went away. This time my software is up to date. I was attempting to engrave a canvas. The following is the end of the console information: LUGIN:GADGET v1.00]
[PLUGIN:YRR v1.00]
ok

ok Any suggestions?

You are very likely too close to the edge of your work area and the overscan is extending beyond the bounds of your machine. Look at the preview window with “Show Traversal Moves” enabled. anything that extends beyond the green line is outside your work area.

I am well within the green lines and my framing stays a full inch minimum from any edge.

Hi Fred

A couple of tests
a) make sure you are in absolute coordinates
b) set laser power to 1% only

Does the behaviour persist?
Can you confirm the power output on the power adapter is correct for the laser?
