Is there a feature or option to outline your engraving project using low power so you know it will fit in desired area? Like the frame buttons but with low power enabled.
Hold shift when you click the frame button. It will use whatever power setting is currently set next to the Fire button in the Move panel. Note: The fire button must be enabled in device settings and is only available for gcode devices.
Also, I assume you are talking about a diode laser. DO NOT do this with a CO2 laser!
