Pattern created, saved, sent and run successfully but is corrupt on reopening

I have the LightBurn software supplied by Boss Laser on their machine LS-1420.
I created, saved and loaded a program with an array. The file is nothing more than text on a circle with a simple Y axis repetition on 4" centers. I ran several hundred cycles successfully.

When I opened the same file to load/run the parts again the array is corrupt. The original marking configuration is OK and the three circles are in the correct locations however the text for the circles are not on the circles nor are they arched. After seeing this I opened two other files with patters, all three are corrupt in the same way.

Is this a software bug or am I missing a step in the save process.
