Persistent 2 mm Offset After Camera Calibration

Hello,

I’m having an accuracy issue with the camera on the Atomstack B3 enclosure. I’ve tried many times to calibrate the camera using the assistant, but I always end up with good score. After that, in all my projects, there’s always a 2 mm offset between the engraver and the object. See the image showing the misalignment between the text’s position and the text that’s already engraved.

I have an A24 Pro + B3 enclosure.
Thank you in advance for help

Did you change the object height between calibration and object level afterward?

Do you have the same deviation over the entire laser workplace, in all 4 corners?
As Melvin writes, it is important that you have the same height from camera to the surface of your workpiece - always.
In my lid from the old K40 there was a play of approx. 1mm in the X direction, coupled with the height of the camera placement gave a surprising deviation of the camera tolerance. Angular displacement is even worse.
