If you cleaned it, you disconnected the plug to the laser module. Check to see if it is fully plugged in.
Bonjour, après le nettoyage, le laser a bien fonctionné pendant deux jours,mon laser s’allume, il fonctionne, mais il n’a pas du tout de puissance, il faut que je le mette à 80 % pour graver un petit trait alors qu’avant il faisait le même à 20 %.merci

You repeated your complaint, but did not say if you checked the connectors. You also did not say what you engraved for two days. If reflective metal, that can damage the laser.
Please tell us more about how you cleaned the laser.
Laser power can be significantly reduced if the lenses or other components were damaged.
Hello, j’ai effectivement gravé sur du metal il y à plusieurs jours, mais je n’ai pas eu de soucis (photo jointe)j’ai re gravé sur du bois après ça a bien fonctionné,c’est après que j’ai voulu graver une autre plaque en métal que le problème est survenu. Merci

Engraving wood can cause smoke and tree sap to collect on the surface of the lens that faces toward your project.
It can happen quickly without a strong smoke extractor.
The manufacturer of your laser should offer advice and techniques on how to best clean the lens.
