Phecda 20watt Text totally wrong Text total verkehrt

Hello friends,
I need your help, what’s going wrong?
I have bought an Elegoo Phecda 20Watt laser, connected and adjusted everything. I have lasered a few test images and everything is great. Then I wanted to make a lettering, but it comes out completely crazy, no matter which font I choose. The picture shows a wooden strip with my car and then a text (Jürgen kann das schon) but it is indecipherable. What kind of setting is wrong?

The text shows the typical characteristics of a stolen LightBurn version. There is a copy protection included that will render all your projects useless as long as you use an illegal version of LightBurn.

Hello, I have downloaded a 30 day trial version, I normally work with Lasergbrl. I wanted to test it first, is the problem not in the full version. If not, I will buy it

Which version do I need for the Elegoo phecda 20watt, as there are different versions available?

This would be covered with any of the available licenses. At a minimum you would need the LightBurn Core license.

Note that the Trial version is fully functional and no different than the licensed version. The only difference is the duration.

If you are experiencing this issue you likely will continue to see this issue even with a change in key.

Where did you download the trial from? Was it from the official site? lightburnsoftware.com? If you previously downloaded an improperly licensed version you will first need to completely eliminate that from your system for any official version to work correctly.

Ok great thanks,
I got them on a stick. I think it was v.1.4…
Luckily I did a system restore beforehand and was able to reset everything and I also formatted the stick straight away. Could I now try the trail version here from the Lightburn site again. At least so that I know whether I can cope with it.

If you’ve got a clean restore then you should be good to go. Try the official trial, make sure things are working correctly, then buy at least the Core license when you’re confident about the functionality.
