Can I load settings from my Laser Engraver to my home office machine where I set up jobs? This is a desktop PC. The problem is that what I do at home, comes mirrored or centering and placement of the objects is wrong.

You must use the same machine profile on the other computer that you use on the computer you have with your laser. Simple copy / export the profile and import it into the other PC.
