Here are a few more. The models on the blue background are on leather, while the models on the white background are on MDF. No preparation on the surface on the MDF.
Oops, not quite true - The picture of the 3 heads showing the different spot size are on MDF.
Are the three different spot sizes, different modules or different focus?
.6 seems that wee bit better.
The models dress on mdf really comes out well…how would you achieve that on the leather?
Ps…The girl on the bike might look better with different or no background.
The different spot sizes are all using the Neje E80 20 watt module.
.1 is 254 lpi; .08 is 317 lpi and .06 (I had a finger fart typing on the sample) is 421 lpi.
For the leather, I think I need to test more on speed and power. The same picture on my Thunder comes out much better, or I might experiment with Grayscale on the diode.
I used the background with the girl on the bike on purpose as I have previously used the same image on a wallet using the CO2 and it came out great. I want to see if it is possible to get similar results with a 20W diode.
Nice dimensions on the dot. Hope it goes well for you and look forward to seeing how good you can get it.
