Please help It seems like sabotage

Over the past year i have been operating a Mazak FG-220 4kW fiber tube laser. I have had multiple issues with the cutting database changing either mid program, causing a “cutting database not supported” or losing the connection from the machine to the resonator entirely. I have been informed that these errors have a strong connection to changes being made from the software at my programmers desk. When first coming onto this company. He mentioned many times “I’ve never worked this hard till you got here”. Someone please tell me that there is a way to prove he is sabotaging me. Ive had power levels, feedrates, frequencys and focus levels all change for no apparent reason. Is there any other reason this would be happening besides this dude being lazy and wanting me to fail?
