Polar pattern configure

Hi, Guys
My first post, I been using lightburn for a while, personal use. So I try to figure things out, by trying or reading. But I want to get this done, I wan to do a round pattern with 9 equal spacing and the issue I have is, I can get the pattern, but i have yet to figure out how to get a different number in each location. Because I need 9, but they aren’t in sequence.
There is a way to build the pattern and then add text to each.
Thanks

Can you post a drawing of what you’re trying to do?

Hi Thanks
For the quick reply, what you see is the same ,50 for the 9 holes I need a different size in each one.

Try this. Draw your large circle then the top inner circle and the text below it. Align as desired.

Then select the text and inner circle and group them, then shift select the outer circle. Go to Arrange Menu>Copy along path. Select 9 copies and ratate.

Then you can select all and ungroup and change your text as needed.
If you don’t want the text rotated, don’t group the circle and text. Perform the copy along path in 2 operations. First the circles then repeat the operation with the text without selecting rotate and you get this.

EDIT: by the way there are 10 holes in your drawing, but I showed 9 like you asked.

Variable Text is the hammer you’re looking for:

If the numbers are in a simple integer sequence, Serial Number may work:

For anything more complex than that, put the numbers (one to a line) in a text file with a CSV ending, then use Merge / CSV:

You’d set up the formatting once, then use @thelmuth’s suggestion to distribute the results around the circle.

CSV files need a bit of tinkering to get right, but if you need more than one layout with different numbers, that’s the way to go: change the text file and automatically plunk the new values in place.
