Port connection (appears and disappears)

Hi. I reinstall all possible drivers and verions and same problem in 2 different laptops.
When I conenct my scupfun S30, in bluethoot and other devices window, I can see the USB-Serial CH340 for few seconds and after disappears for few seconds, and appears, again and again… after awhile, t it finally conects and it doesnt disappear any more, and in device administration I can see the port finally there. But as soon as I click in connect, the laser is gone and all starts again. May it be the motherboard? Last time I used it was 1 year ago and all was perfect.I keept it in my closet, not outside. Any ideas?

This shows a boot loop. You need to flash the firmware again. Though this should usually not affect the USB connection. The guide is here:

Hi. Thanks, I already did that, I forgot to say it. But same problem…

Then that suggests a bad memory chip on the controller board.
