Hi all.
Last couple of days when I’m using Lightburn it won’t recognize my device.
It is saying Port failed to open.
Unplugging USB connection and powering off device won’t help.
And when trying to Add New Device it wont find it.
It will find it after couple of times plugging in and out USB connection.
But I need Add New Device every time, it won’t recognize old ones.
Laser is Neje 2s plus
Any advice what is causing this behavior please?
What OP system are you using?
Do you try other COM ports numbers?

I’m using Win 11 and I tried another port and still having same issue
When you plug or unplug the cable on port windows detect it? Makes any sound?
Yes. It makes that sound when you connect or disconnect something to computer
I can’t help you with win 11 but in lightburn you see a few com ports available. Did you try other com ports?
