Power problem on one axis

Maybe i have to change the head back to the old one and do the same tests.
I did some hours of engraving/cutting with it but maybe there is the one setting i never used where the same effect is visible. Even though it ist the axis used when “scanning line by line” so I really dont expect this.
We’ll see when I have the time to test…

Maybe a good point to do some changes to the machine so i can use both heads at the same time

So you’re on a Neje laser system? I initially had the impression you were only using a Neje module.

The adapter board is meant to allow for as many different types of lasers to use their module.

One of the 4 pins on the connector is for temperature, I assume yellow or green but confirm. Temperature is absent on the inputs on the adapter board.

To use a separate power supply it’s probably easiest to use Input A. So confirm polarity of barrel plug and use that for power. Then get GND and TTL signals from controller to connect to the 2-pin connector.

A, B and C inputs are the same, just screws and plugs to the same electronics.

I use the screw down ones, as I had to ‘scavenge’ a power supply…

Use which group(s) of connections is the most easy for you.

@berainlb has the proper connections listed in his post.

The ‘temperature’ is the green wire, but you can’t use it.

Good luck
