I have an AWC708C LITE controller and have been using it for quite a while, but I have only just recently started using the PPI mode on it. The results are not what I expected. I was trying to cut some 2mm leather. I created a 1" square and set the mode to Line and and enabled the PPI. I set the PPI for 200 and what resulted was a line with about 20 pulses per inch. I made sure that Perforation mode was disabled and tried again. Same thing. It’s acting like the the actual PPI is 1/10th of the desired PPI. To get the cut I wanted, I had to set the PPI to 2,000.
Any ideas?
