Hi. I preview a cutting and engraving job and it shows an anticipated run time. When I run the job for real the timing is way off. As an example, if it anticipates it will take 4 minutes it actually takes much onger, maybe 6 minutes or more. Why is is that? Have I got a setting wrong somewhere? By comparason, I have a 3D printer that has much the same previewing capability. However, if it says it will take 33m 26s to print then it pretty much does.
You need to set the preview settings to match the settings in your controller. Go to ‘Device Settings’ and then ‘Additional Settings’ and you can adjust the simulation parameters for the preview:
