The Preview window in Lightburn doesn’t display what is in the main window properly. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change.
Probably, but this is not easy to tell with the information you have provided. 
Maybe a screen shot or 2 showing what you have on the ‘Workspace’ and how the resulting ‘Preview’ differs. Some more details of what you are trying to do would be helpful in addressing your issue.
