Print and Cut question

The print and cut will now automatically turn the “Ready (Print & Cut)” text on at the top of the Laser window after the second target is set. I still clicked the “Align Output to targets” from the Print and Cut menu and when I framed the cut to be sure Print and Cut was set correctly. The laser framed what appeared to be the correct shape but in the wrong place.
I reset it and aligned the targets again without clicking the Align Output and it framed and worked correctly.

My question is - Do I still need to click the Align Output menu item if it already says Ready? And if I do does it mess up the positioning?

It automatically checks the ‘Align Output’ for you when you choose the 2nd target. If you clicked it after that, you turned off the alignment, and should see the Ready “(Print & Cut)” change to just “Ready”.
