Problem array copy enable second laser head

I have a problem with a new machine using a Ruida RDC6445G controller with two laser tubes.

When I send a job from RDWorks, I have to use Virtual Array, and the second laser head activates automatically by detecting the copy created with virtual Array.

However, when I use LightBurn, it does not recognize the virtual Array, and the second laser head does not activate.

How can I fix this issue?
