Ruida controllers have a Start Speed setting, typically 10 mm/s, below which they apply the Min power layer setting. With a Min power of 10%, it wouldn’t cut butter.
Increase the Min power to, say, 50% and see if that changes the outcome.
If so, then pick one or more:
- Boost the speed above the
Start Speed - Reduce the
Start Speed - Increase the
Minpower level for the layer
