Problem in sending data to the laser

Hi guys, this is my first post here so I’m sorry if I post in the wrong category.
Until 2 weeks ago I did a great job in using my new Sculpfun S9 and LightBurn for my small homebusiness.
Yesterday I’ve tried to engrave but I got this error.
I search everywhere for a solution and nothing, I’m still stuck.
In the morning I decided to re-install my Windows 11 and only use the LightBurn as first software after drivers installation, I was pretty sure it will work as brand new, but… nope.

Can someone help me? I’m also kind of guffy and don’t know how to fix it properly.

Show the output of the console window in LB. Are any messages displayed there?

first was COM4, I switch to COM3 and still waiting for connection.

UPDATE: I took out all the cables and plug them back, no result.

Coming back with an update:
I’ve tried new cable, new laptop with WIN10, still the same issue.
Did someone catch the problem?
