New to engraving! back to back issues, I am using a Macbook, using lightburn (trial to start) and I have purchased a Comgo Z1. At the moment stuck to “problem sending data to the laser… Busy or paused”. I have tried to read old posts and watch videos, but I am unable to figure it out as my computer terminology is very limited. Any help would be appreciated. wondering if I should keep trying and will eventually figure it out or return the laser. Thank you, Chris
