We can if you show us what you mean by “it shows small dots around.” We can take a look. Provide as much about what you have, your settings, what you are trying to do, and the results as you can and we can go from there.
what where the settings you used? power/speed, mode? etc. mabe share your ligthburn file.
and is the lazer distance to the workpiece correct?
