Problem with 110 lens Calibration

Having a problem with a 60watt mopa, on 110 Galvo Lens correction, I do the Dragon and all the measurements and done it more than once lol, and when I try to make a 40mm Circle, or even a 50mm afterwards they are always oval, and cannot for the life of me figure out why.. tried more than once lens also for that size, i did the 175 it came with and that was fine. any ideas? thanks for the help

Did you do the scale adjustment in Device Settings after finishing the Galvo Lens Calibration? I don’t know why that’s a separate step, but it is.

The calibration makes the lines straight, but the scale factors will be off. After you do the calibration, draw and engrave a nice square, then go to the device settings and look for the “…” button next to “Scale” for Galvo 1 and for Galvo 2. When you click that, it’ll open a dialog where you enter the intended size and the resulting size on that axis, and it will correct the scale factor so that the results will match the design. (Do pay attention to which galvo has the “…is X Axis” toggle set so you adjust the correct scale factors.)

Once you’ve calibrated the lens and adjusted the scale factors for each axis, you should be able to burn a test shape and have it come out as intended.
