Problem with Alarm 1

Hi, Just set up my Laser and downloaded Lightburn. Trying to print and the laser console keeps coming up with Alarm 1: Machine position is likely lost due to sudden and immediate halt. Re-homing is highly recommended.
Grbl 1.1h [ā€˜Sā€™ for help]

What does this mean, how do I re-home
